The Plaza Dot Com commission is the commission agreed upon in the site’s usage policy, with its mechanism explained on the Plaza Dot Com commission page. The commission must relate to an item permitted for sale on the site. If this is violated, the user who transferred the commission bears full responsibility before the competent authorities.

Commission is paid either by bank transfer or by electronic payment through bank transfer.

For a bank transfer, you must complete the transfer confirmation form after making the transfer. The site will verify the transfer and take the necessary action.

Electronic payment service:

When paying through bank transfer, the customer will receive an on-screen notification as soon as payment is accepted. We bear no responsibility if payment is declined or cancelled by the credit card service provider for any reason. You must check the reason for rejection with the bank providing the credit card service.

We emphasize that your credit card information is not stored on our website. All credit card information and details you enter are handled through an electronic payment gateway that is entirely independent of our website and approved by Al Rajhi Bank where this information is encrypted for security protection. Communications to and from the service provider’s site are also encrypted.

Its activity is limited to electronic marketing, enabling users to create and publish ads under the rules and conditions specified in the site’s usage agreement. Responsibility for the sale and purchase agreement, after-sales services and their consequences therefore rests solely with the seller and buyer.
